Turning

CNC lathe work requires speed, power and the ability to hold close tolerances. Fast set-ups and programming through IGF (Internal Graphics Function) ensure that they finished parts will be made accurately and delivered on time. Turning Capacity - 8" Dia. X 14" Long.

Welding

Our welding department can handle just about anything, whether it is small precision work or large jobs. We make all the fixtures needed so that your assemblies will be welded efficiently and accurately. Experience tells us which technique is best - it might be precise results done with a TIG welder or fast, exceptionally strong work using dual shield wire through a MIG machine.

Besides providing the latest in high technology machine work, our shop remains a leader in repair, prototyping and production in manufacturing. We computer generate the drawings and tool paths, make the necessary fixtures and jigs, then machine, fabricate and weld the final component or product. You deal with one primary source and rely on my personal commitment to customer satisfaction.
