JOES Racing Products items are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. JOES Racing Products makes no claim, implied or otherwise, on the usage or viability of any installation and usage of all JOES Racing Products items is at the sole responsibility of the customer. Products that are damaged or misused by the customer will not be eligible for warranty.

Shipping & Taxes

Q: How do I get my tracking number or resolve shipping issues?

JOES Racing Products ships the majority of items via UPS. JOES makes no warranty for UPS services and late or damaged shipments are to be handled by the customer directly with UPS. We make every effort to ship items the same day (if ordered before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Coast Time) if items are in stock. Tracking numbers are available through our automated process on our website. With the tracking number customers can track the shipping progress of items directly on the UPS website. If you have trouble identifying your tracking number our sales staff will be happy to provide assistance.

Q: Is Sales Tax charged?

Sales tax is charged to Washington State customers only.

Q: How are taxes handled on international shipments?

Freight charges are always the responsibility of International customers and JOES Racing Products warranty and returns are limited to the price of the item only. All taxes, VAT, Duties, Import costs, shipping costs and the like are the responsibility of the International customer. Our sales staff will be happy to work with your broker or we can utilize our proven brokers to help minimize international shipping costs. In all cases, all costs shipments and returns are the responsibility of the international customer – without exception each and every time.

Q: How are bulk orders shipped?

On occasion bulk orders may be benefited by a truck shipment. Our sales staff will assist you with one of our low cost carriers or we will utilize the carrier of your choice.

Q: Does JOES drop ship?

We are happy to arrange a drop ship per customer requirements whenever possible. JOES Racing Products does reserve the right to deny drop ship at anytime per their sole discretion.

Returns / Refunds

Q: What is JOES Return Policy?

If you need to send back an unused and new part within 30 days we will refund 100% of the purchase price if accompanied by the original invoice. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used for the purchase only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be in new condition and unopened in the original packaging. Items that need repackaging are subject to a 15% repackaging fee. Returns after 30 days require a RMA (Return Merchandise Number).

All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our sole discretion.

JOES Racing Products will not accept a return on any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue. We will inspect products to verify they meet the warranty criteria. Products are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation and JOES Racing Products makes no claim or warranty as to the use of any product and users are solely responsible to use products at their own discretion for any and all purposes.

JOES Racing Products cannot accept returns of custom ordered parts.

Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. After we process the refund, your bank may take 7-10 days to post a credit back to your account.

JOES relies on our Dealer network for the vast majority of our sales. Please review our dealer locator for the dealer closest to you. On occasion, our customers need a JOES product that is not in stock at their local dealer or a modification is needed to one or our items. In these cases we are happy to fill your order from our factory via our website our over the phone.

Payment at JOES Racing Products is via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash or Money Order. C.O.D payments may be completed with prior arrangement. All International payments are done via Wire Transfer. International customers can contact our sales staff for banking and wire transfer details.

Q: I placed my order over the weekend - when will it ship?

Your order will be processed on Monday, and if in stock, will ship the same day.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations made before items ship will be done at no charge to the customers except on custom orders. Once the item has shipped we will credit the original credit card per our return policy. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
