Q: How can I place an order?

JOES relies on our Dealer network for the vast majority of our sales. Please review our dealer locator for the dealer closest to you. On occasion, our customers need a JOES product that is not in stock at their local dealer or a modification is needed to one or our items. In these cases we are happy to fill your order from our factory via our website our over the phone.

Orders can be placed via internet at www.joesracing.com , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to order by fax, our Fax Order Line is 1-425-353-1596. Ordering by phone is easy. Call 1-877-267-1525 or 1-425-267-9199 between 8:00 A.M Pacific Coast Time and 4:00 P.M and let our knowledgeable sales staff complete your order.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment at JOES Racing Products is via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash or Money Order. C.O.D payments may be completed with prior arrangement. All International payments are done via Wire Transfer. International customers can contact our sales staff for banking and wire transfer details.

Q: I placed my order over the weekend - when will it ship?

Your order will be processed on Monday, and if in stock, will ship the same day.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations made before items ship will be done at no charge to the customers except on custom orders. Once the item has shipped we will credit the original credit card per our return policy. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Does JOES accept Special Orders?

Please contact our sales staff for all custom and special orders. We strive to meet the needs of our customers and will provide the cost information and time required for custom and special orders. Payment for custom and special orders is upfront. Special and custom orders cannot be returned.
