At JOES, we strive to ship items the same day if ordered before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time. If an email address is provided, an email notification will be sent within 24 hours if an item is on backorder. A physical address is needed for all orders as UPS and Fed EX are unable to ship to PO or APO boxes. The vast majority of JOES orders are shipped via UPS.
At times, special circumstances arise resulting in the need for custom shipping options. Our staff will contact you in the cases where special needs are required and work with you to find the best mutually agreeable option.
All shipments must be to be one address. Shipments to separate addresses will require a separate invoice and will be treated as a separate order.
Online orders are to be pre-paid including all freight charges. Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all freight charges will be charged to the customer.
Shipments are automatically shipped via UPS Ground service unless prior arrangements are made. We are happy to ship via overnight (UPS Red), 2nd Day (UPS Blue) or 3 day (UPS Orange) service and the additional charges will be pre-paid by the customer.
We are racers and understand how important it can be to meet special customer requests. If you have a special request or need please call and we will search out the best available way to help if your need is reasonably possible. We often find creative ways to help our customers and, if possible, we do the best we can to find solutions – we are happy to give it a try if there is a reasonable method.
Shipments outside the Continental USA do take UPS longer to deliver – be sure to check delivery times to US territories, Alaska and Hawaii.
NOTE: Any items sent freight collect to our facilities will be refused and all charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
All International orders are to be paid in US funds via wire transfer directly to our bank account. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. We can use customer carriers or you can take advantage of our low cost proven carriers. We have built alliances with our International Shipping and Brokerage firms and we strive to keep your international freight costs low. All duties, VAT’s, taxes, import charges and the like are the responsibility of international customers. Our staff will provide a quote in advance if needed. Freight on all International returns is the responsibility of the International customer. All international orders are to be paid in advance of the ship date. JOES is unable to pay freight on any back ordered items – we do strive to maintain all items in inventory.
Please note - In the event that there are international shipping fees incurred by JOES at a later date, international customers will be billed for such fees. While rare, we do reserve the right to charge international customers for shipping related fees that arrive after the original shipment date. You have our assurance that we make every effort to provide all costs in advance – on the rare occasion where an international shipping fee is charged to us at a later date, we will notify you. In these cases, the fees were part of the original shipment but for a variety of reasons they arrive at a time after the shipment date. Again, these instances are infrequent and our policy should not be interpreted in a fashion that added fees at later dates are common. In fact, charges added at later dates are quite rare. Our goal is to be upfront about the matter as the margins in our marketplace simply do not allow us to cover such costs regardless of the infrequent nature.
We welcome all calls and questions and are very receptive to working with our customers to resolve shipping issues. We take pride in going the extra mile whenever reasonably possible. We appreciate every customer and realize it is a privilege to participate in the racing market. All of us at JOES respect the work and dedication of our customers and it is our culture to do the same.
If you need to send back an unused and new part within 30 days we will refund 100% of the purchase price if accompanied by the original invoice. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used for the purchase only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be in new condition and unopened in the original packaging. Items that need repackaging are subject to a 15% repackaging fee. Returns after 30 days require a RMA (Return Merchandise Number).
All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our sole discretion.
JOES Racing Products will not accept a return on any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue. We will inspect products to verify they meet the warranty criteria. Products are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation and JOES Racing Products makes no claim or warranty as to the use of any product and users are solely responsible to use products at their own discretion for any and all purposes.
JOES Racing Products cannot accept returns of custom ordered parts.
International Returns – Freight charges are always the responsibility of International customers and JOES Racing Products warranty and returns are limited to the price of the item only. All taxes, VAT, Duties, Import costs, shipping costs and the like are the responsibility of the International customer.
