Your order will be processed on Monday, and if in stock, will ship the same day. We ship all orders that are received before 3:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
JOES Racing Products ships the majority of items via UPS. JOES makes no warranty for UPS services and late or damaged shipments are to be handled by the customer directly with UPS. We make every effort to ship items the same day (if ordered before 3:30 PM PST) if items are in stock. Tracking numbers are sent to you in a confirmation email and are also available under orders if you have an account on our website. With the tracking number customers can track the shipping progress of items directly on the UPS website. If you have trouble identifying your tracking number our sales staff will be happy to provide assistance.
Freight charges are always the responsibility of International customers and JOES Racing Products warranty and return claims are limited to the price of the item only. All taxes, VAT, Duties, Import costs, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the International customer. Our sales staff will be happy to work with your broker or we can utilize one of our proven brokers to help minimize international shipping costs. In all cases, the costs of shipments and returns are the responsibility of the international customer – without exception.
Sales tax is charged to Washington State customers only.
JOES Racing Products items are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. JOES Racing Products makes no claim, implied or otherwise, on the usability or viability of any installation and the usage of all JOES Racing Products items is at the sole discretion of the customer. Products that are damaged or misused by the customer will not be eligible for warranty.

Cancellations made before items ship will be done at no charge to the customer except on custom orders. Once the item has shipped we will credit the original credit card per our return policy. If a tracking number has already been created then the shipping cost is nonrefundable.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
